Al Logan ( Founder & CEO )has been in the roofing industry since 1961. He learned the field from the bottom up, first delivering product to the trades in the employ of a roofing distributor and then working as a territorial manager, covering lower New York and northern New Jersey, for one of the industry’s largest roofing manufacturers. During this tenure, Al perceived the need for a greater degree of professionalism and dependability within the roofing industry. In September of 1977, determined to establish a company based on commitment to the customer in terms of knowledge and service, he founded CRS.
Dean Logan ( President )was introduced to the roofing industry in 1980 where he spent his weekends working on roofs. At an early age Dean was exposed to all types of roofing and construction. In 1995, after graduating from Ramapo College, Dean starting working full time at CRS. Three years were spent working on the roof in the commercial roofing division learning how roofs were installed. The next phase of his career was spent in both residential and commercial sales. In sales is where Dean utilized his past experiences on the roof to help design effective solutions for new roof assemblies. Over time Dean’s responsibilities within the business increased. As President, Dean is responsible for all aspects of the business, but most importantly he is responsible for maintaining its high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Glen Colaianni ( Residential Manager )started as a laborer for a roofing and construction company at the age of 16 and never looked back. Glen was always fascinated with construction and knew that this was the industry for him. Working for a national restoration company he received certifications for fire, smoke, water and mold restoration. He contributed to setting up CAT for a 24 hour emergency response team, as well as, initiating and supervising mobilized units for responsive action in combating nationwide commercial and residential disasters. His 25 years of field experience and attention to detail led him to find his home at CRS. Glen’s main focus at CRS is maintaining our commitment of quality service and professional workmanship for each and every customer.
Ginna Logan ( Office Manager )graduated Castleton College in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Ginna spent the first 20 years of her career in the Insurance industry first as a field claims adjuster and eventually claims department supervisor. In 2003 Ginna joined CRS as an office manager and quickly became hands on in all aspects of the day to day office operations. Recently, Ginna has been instrumental in incorporating an innovative time tracking system into CRS operations enabling the company to better track employee time, locations and costs.
Jennifer Dohm ( Administrative Assistant )joined CRS in 2010 as administrative assistant. Jenn oversees the daily operations in the service and residential departments including the scheduling of all jobs and service appointments. Jenn handles in house support to the sales staff as well as all customer service related matters. She manages accounts receivable and within her first 6 months w/ CRS she brought the A/R to its lowest outstanding amount in recent company history.
